How
long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
We virtually ship all of our products via FedEx or UPS within 1
- 2 business days from the time you place
your order. All of our bikes and quads include free FedEx or UPS insurance at no extra
charge. Your tracking number will be emailed to you immediately
after your order has been shipped. Most packages arrive
within 2 business days on the west coast and no more than
5 business days everywhere else in the continental United
States after shipping. A quick-transit Trucking Company
may be used for shipping if it might provide even faster transit times shipping to your area. Orders
still ship within 1-2 business days. A tracking number and
full insurance is also provided.

We update our web site a few times per week to reflect new
models, new colors and new parts. Special promotions are
also offered frequently. We process orders twice every business
day at 9:00am and 5:00pm PST. That means that your order
will be processed within 24

All of our products carry a FULL 30-DAY WARRANTY ( now extended to 60 DAYS ) from manufacturer defects. Your mini motorcycle
and parts are also fully insured when we
ship your items so that you will be 100% covered in the unlikely event of damages occurring due to shipping.
Upon receiving your package, please inspect your bike to
make sure that everything is intact. You will need to contact
us within 5 days if there are any damaged parts discovered
and within 60 days if there are any warranty concerns. All
necessary parts will be rushed out to you FREE of charge after you complete our RMA form and return it to us. If we determine that the shipping damages
are severe or the package has somehow been mishandled, we
will handle all FedEx or UPS insurance claim procedures
for you and a new bike or parts will be sent out free of
charge.
Please read our "usage" section on how to properly start and break-in your new motorcycle. After the bike
has been started and ridden (meaning everything is in working
order), there will be no refund or exchanges. All sales
are final after your mini bike has been used. The reason
for this is because no major shipping company (FedEx, UPS,
USPS, DHL) can ship products with the presence of gasoline.
This fact alone should be comforting to our customers, because
that guarantees that every single vehicle you receive from
us will be brand new in the
box!
If for any reason you decide not to keep the bike or part, without ever putting gas into it, riding it or using
it any way, the customer will be responsible for shipping
the unused product back to us in its OEM packaging.
The original shipping and handling charge is non-refundable
(for parts & equipment, the variable rate that we paid
to deliver the item(s) to the customer is non-refundable),
and there will also be a 25% restocking fee. You will have
30 days from the order date to return the unused item(s)
back to our facility. After an inspection has been done,
you will receive your refund minus the fees stated above.
Email support@minipocketrockets.com for an RMA number before shipping the unused item(s) back to our warehouse. Packages
without an RMA number will not be processed.
Order cancellations must be made prior to processing. Returns
from cancellations that were requested after an order has
already been processed will be treated under the same policy
as an unused bike being returned, even if the shipment was
refused or undeliverable.

Are these
pocket bikes legal?
The
short answer is Yes! Most
of the vehicles featured on our site are perfectly legal
to own, ride and race. These bikes (and quads) are not much
different in legal status than a go-kart or motocross dirt
bike. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted Exemption Status to most of our 2-Stroke bikes and Approved
/ Certified Status to all of our 4-Stroke Super Bikes. This means that MiniPocketRockets is the only pocket bike source you can depend on to provide you with
the highest quality, fastest and legal-to-own pocket bikes.
However, laws, especially at the local level, are constantly
changing. The best method to find out how current regulations
affect you in your area is to do research with local government
agencies. Remember to let them know that the vehicle you
purchased from us has either an EPA Approval or Exemption
Status. We will include all the necessary information with
your shipment if your bike is EPA Approved / Certified Status,
and all labels and affixations if your bike (or quad) is
EPA Exempt. Even if your local laws state that these vehicles
are for off-road use only, you are still protected under
Federal / National EPA laws that will allow you to own and
operate your bike (or quad) on grounds that are not publicly
owned. (some examples: tracks, airfields, personal property,
privately / business owned parking lots [with permission]...
basically any pavement (or trail) that is not owned or regulated
by public or government agencies). For ATVs and Pocket Bikes, California is the only state that prohibits
ownership.
If you own a bike from another company, you may be taking
a chance of having it confiscated with no recourse. Keep
in mind that MiniPocketRockets is the only company that offers EPA Exemption Status on our 2-Stroke bikes.
You can ride and race our vehicles knowing that you are
on the right side of the law.
When selecting
a color for my bike, what is "alternate color"?
When
you decide that you want to purchase one of our pocket bikes
or quads, you may be asked to select a primary color and an alternate color choice in our shopping cart. The
reason why we ask this is to ensure the absolute fastest
processing & shipping time possible. Literally thousands
of vehicles ship out of our warehouse everyday. We will
always give priority to your First
Color Choice if it will not delay your shipment
in any way. However, there are instances where the alternate
color choice can leave the warehouse even sooner to the
shipping courier. You don't need to be concerned; Over
98.8% of orders are fulfilled with the primary color choice.
